  • Complex science – they want to get technical, read medical papers and have deeply scientific discussions
  • Appreciate being challenged in a positive way
  • Interest in the latest/newest data that is ‘hot off the press’
  • Involvement in networking and round table opportunities – they enjoy speaking to their colleagues and sharing their knowledge / experience
WHAT TO AVOID
  • Do not seek to “teach”; touchpoints should be about giving the HCP a platform to be the educator
  • Data that is too focused on QoL (e.g., Carenity) will not resonate well
